Movement begins at the core. If you are experiencing back pain, loss of stability, pelvic pain, bladder or bowel dysfunction, or prolapse, you may have a loss of core and pelvic floor strength. In our class, you will learn how to pinpoint muscles of the abdomen and pelvis, and activate them without compensation from your lower back, neck, or other muscles. Once you have learned how to engage and feel them, you will learn safe and effective exercises that you can repeat at home.
This class is appropriate for ages 12 and up….all the way up! Bring a friend! Everything is better with a friend. An exercise ball of appropriate size is recommended.
